    Teacher: instruction and information sharing
    Teacher and Students: instruction, discussion and extending learning
    Students: reflecting, sharing, and questioning information

    Blogs being used in education can be categorized into information and communication tools, online filing for students to submit homework, collaborative and online discussion venues, literature circles for book clubs, professional development and writing tools.

    One category is through Peer Working and Collaborating. Another type of blogging is the “sharing of info” (assignments, pictures or other types of multi-media. One other type of blogging is through creating a fully functional website.
